We emphasize humility, continuous knowledge pursuit from each other and nature.        In our changing world, where human actions harm the Earth, Nature's resilience and wisdom demand respect. Our survival is linked to learning, adapting, and coexisting with the natural world. It reminds us to be humble, open to learning, and live harmoniously with nature.

We hold our Workshop in Fujino, a culturally rich and progressive sustainable Satoyama community located just an hour outside of the bustling center of Tokyo. We draw upon ancient Japanese wisdom, revered experts and artists, and the local community, all deeply connected to nature. These elements are crucial in navigating today's challenges.

Our workshops focus on enhancing spiritual, mental, and physical well-being, promoting holistic health through enriching spiritual experiences, health-focused local cuisine, and hands-on exploration of traditional Japanese crafts using local materials and techniques.

Participants engage deeply with sustainable art and craft practices, complemented by culinary sessions where they create wholesome meals using locally sourced ingredients. This integrated approach inspires us to reflect on lifestyle choices and societal priorities, enhancing the depth and creativity of our efforts toward a more sustainable, interconnected world.
